The content on this Site is provided for general information about our company, manufacturing capabilities, and product range. It does not constitute a binding offer. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices shown on the Site are for reference only; contractual terms are confirmed in written quotations and proforma invoices issued by our sales team.

2. Quotations, Orders, and Acceptance

• Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to product availability and final confirmation.
• An order is accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as stated on each product page.
• Prices are quoted on the Incoterms stated in the quotation and may exclude taxes, duties, and charges applicable in the destination country.

3. Product Information and Regulatory Responsibility

Our sterile tattoo needle cartridges, PMU cartridges, syringes, needles, and related devices are manufactured under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. Regulatory status varies by product and destination market, and is described on the relevant product pages and in our Compliance & Certificates section.

The buyer is responsible for verifying that products purchased for resale or distribution can be lawfully marketed in the destination country, including obtaining any required local registrations, clearances, or licenses. Product pages and marketing materials are intended for business customers, not for end consumers.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and designs on this Site are the property of R&G Bio or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Nothing on this Site grants any license to our intellectual property except the limited right to view the Site for its intended informational purpose.

5. OEM / ODM and Confidentiality

Customer designs, artwork, and branding materials submitted for OEM/ODM projects are used solely to fulfill that customer’s orders and are not disclosed to third parties. Reciprocal confidentiality obligations apply to quotations and technical documentation marked as confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Site is error-free or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this Site. Liability in connection with actual product supply is governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable sales contract.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
