Mixed Tattoo Cartridge Packs — Every Size You Need, One Box

The easiest way to start with R&G Bio: one order, all the daily sizes, factory price.

Our variety packs combine the most-used liner, shader, and magnum cartridges in one sterile box. Every cartridge inside is the same quality we ship in bulk — 304 surgical steel needles, a safety membrane, and EO gas sterilization with batch traceability. Studios use these packs to cover daily work. Distributors use them to test our quality before a bulk order. Pick a preset pack, or tell us your own mix.

WHO BUYS VARIETY PACKS

Made for Three Kinds of Buyers

The variety pack is the lowest-risk way to buy from a new factory. Here is who orders it most.

🏬

New Studios

Opening a studio means buying everything at once. A mixed box covers daily lining and shading sizes without the cost of full cartons per model.

Why it works: one order, full size coverage, easy restock later.

📊

Distributors Testing Orders

Before you commit to a container, test the product. A variety pack lets your artists check needle quality, membrane feel, and packaging across configurations.

Why it works: real quality data before a bulk decision.

🎨

Multi-Style Artists

Fine line on Monday, black & grey on Wednesday, color realism on Friday. One pack keeps every style covered without overstocking any single size.

Why it works: the right needle is always on the tray.

Buying logic: variety packs answer “is this factory good?” — single-model pages answer “what exactly do I reorder?” — the wholesale page answers “what does volume cost?” Use all three as you scale.

FAQs

It depends on the pack. The Lining Pack holds 3RL, 5RL, 7RL, and 9RL. The Shading Pack holds 7RS, 9RS, and 9M1. The Full Set mixes liners, shaders, and magnums (RL / RS / M1 / RM) in one 50-pc box. The full content list is printed on every box, and all cartridges inside carry the same membrane, 316L steel, and EO sterilization as our bulk line.

Yes. Tell us the models and quantities you want — any gauge, any needle count, any ratio — and we build the pack for you. If you also want your own branding and packaging, that is handled through our OEM / private label program.

Yes. A variety pack covers the basic lining and shading sizes, so new artists and new studios can test different configurations without buying full boxes of each. One note: tattoo needles are professional tools. They should only be used with proper training, hygiene practice, and local licensing.

Every cartridge is EO gas sterilized and sealed in an individual blister pack, and the expiry date is printed on each pack. As a rule, a sealed blister keeps sterility for years from the sterilization date when stored cool and dry. Never use a cartridge if the blister is open or damaged — sterility is only guaranteed while the seal is intact.
