FAQs About Tattoo Needle Catridges

  • RL (Round Liner) groups needles in a tight circle. Use it for outlines, fine details, and lettering.
  • RS (Round Shader) opens that same circle wider. It works for soft shading, filling small areas, and blending transitions.
  • M1 (Magnum) lays needles in two flat, staggered rows. It covers large areas fast and packs color evenly.
  • RM (Round Magnum) curves the needle row. It hugs body contours and makes smooth gradients easier on curved skin.

If you are unsure where to start, grab RL for lining and M1 or RM for shading. That combination handles about 80% of daily shop work.

Cartridges arrive pre-assembled and sterile. You snap them in, use them, and throw them away.
No rubber bands. No needle alignment with pliers. No risk of cross-contamination between clients because the needle never leaves the sealed housing.

Each cartridge has a built-in membrane that stops ink from flowing back into your machine grip. Setup takes seconds. Your hygiene standard stays the same for every client.

Our cartridges use the standard twist-fit system that works with most rotary and pen-style machines on the market: Cheyenne, FK Irons, Bishop, Dragonhawk, and most Chinese-made pens.

If you run a coil machine that only accepts standard bars, you will need an adapter or a different grip setup. Send us your machine model if you are unsure. We will confirm before you order.

EO gas, every single unit.
Each cartridge is individually blister-packed, then sterilized with ethylene oxide. EO penetrates sealed plastic and complex cavities better than steam, and it does not melt the housing. We do not bulk-sterilize in open trays. Every pack gets its own cycle, so you open a fresh sterile unit for every client.

Yes, if you work in a professional shop.
The membrane sits between the needle and the machine grip. It blocks backflow, so client fluid and old ink do not travel up the tube and into your next session. Without it, you are basically sharing machine internals between clients.
Our membrane uses a three-layer silicone seal calibrated so it does not restrict ink flow or make the needle feel sluggish against the skin.

ISO 13485, FDA registration, CE mark, KFDA approval, and RoHS compliance. We ship with full batch traceability and certificates of analysis.
For customs classification, tattoo cartridges typically fall under HS code 9018.90. We provide whatever paperwork your broker needs. If customs asks for extra documentation, our compliance team handles it within 24 hours.

316L surgical stainless steel. It contains molybdenum, which resists corrosion better than standard 304 steel.
After grinding, the needles are polished to remove burrs. No metal fragments left in the skin.
For clients with nickel sensitivity, we suggest bugpin sizes. Less contact surface means less irritation, and the puncture closes faster.

Three years from the sterilization date printed on the blister pack.
Store them in a dry room, away from direct sun and heat. Do not freeze. The EO gas seal remains stable under normal shop conditions.
