MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

What Are Tattoo & PMU Cartridge Needles?

A tattoo or PMU cartridge is a disposable, all-in-one unit that houses the needle and the mechanism that attaches it to the machine. Unlike traditional needles on bar, cartridges let artists switch configurations in seconds — maximizing hygiene and efficiency in every session.

Safety Is Our Manufacturing Standard, Not a Feature

Every cartridge is produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom on fully automated assembly lines — eliminating human error and ensuring absolute consistency from the first unit to the twenty-thousandth. Our ultimate safeguard is Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas sterilization: every single cartridge passes this rigorous final step, guaranteeing a 100% sterile, pathogen-free product before it ever reaches your studio.

🧲
Internal Stabilizer

Keeps the needle perfectly centered during operation, reducing vibration and skin trauma — smoother work and smoother healing.

🛡️
Safety Membrane

Stops ink and fluids from flowing back into the machine grip, protecting equipment and preventing cross-contamination between clients.

🔪

Razor-Sharp 304 Tips

Japanese 304 stainless steel needles stay sharp longer, minimize skin trauma and improve pigment retention.

🔌
Universal Fit

Compatible with most rotary machines and pens — one cartridge line covers your whole studio or distribution network.

APPLICATIONS & WORKING PRINCIPLE

Choosing the Right Configuration: RL · RS · M1 · RM

From the precise lines built by RL, to the soft gradients created by RS, the high-saturation filling of M1 and the flawless soft shading of RM — these four needle types form a complete system for tattoo and PMU artistry. All types share the same 316L steel, stabilizer, membrane and sterile blister — only the needle grouping changes.

✒️

Round Liner (RL) — The Backbone Builder

Needle tips are grouped tightly together into a fine point, with precise, controllable ink output. RL draws lines from ultra-fine to bold and sets the basic shape of every work.

Best for:

Realistic hair-stroke brows, fine eyeliner, outlines, dot work, script and detail work.

🎨

Round Shader (RS) — The Soft Gradient Artist

Looks similar to RL, but the needle tips are slightly more spread out. Instead of strong coverage, RS builds soft transitions layer by layer — richer, more natural color depth, even on delicate skin.

Best for:

Lip blushing and gradients, areola work, shading on sensitive areas, small-area fills.

🖌️

Magnum (M1) — The Saturation Master

Two staggered rows of needles form a highly efficient “ink conveyor”, driving large amounts of pigment into the skin fast. The top choice for efficiency and saturation — control your hand speed and pressure for best results.

Best for:

Full-color solid lips, dark tribal work, large-area color packing with high saturation.

🌫️

Round Magnum (RM) — The Soft-Mist Facial Specialist

Needles are arranged in an elegant curved fan (also called curved magnum). The edge needles sit slightly “softer” against the skin, causing less trauma on delicate facial areas, with smoother resistance and more even, natural shading.

Best for:

Powder / ombré brows, facial scar coverage, portraits, soft natural shading.

USAGE & STORAGE

Professional Use in Four Simple Steps

For professional artist use only. Always follow your local health regulations and machine instructions.

1
 Check & Open

Check the sterile blister and expiry date. Open with clean, gloved hands — never use if the blister is damaged or expired.

2
Attach to Machine

Push the cartridge into your rotary machine or pen grip until it clicks securely in place.

3
Work & Swap

Tattoo as usual. To change configuration, simply remove and click in the next cartridge — switch in seconds.

4
Dispose Safely

After one client, remove the cartridge and dispose of it immediately as sharps waste — never reuse or re-sterilize.

Important Safety & Storage Guidelines
  • Strictly follow professional aseptic operating procedures at all times.
  • Single-use only — re-sterilization or repeated use is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use if the individual blister pack is damaged or past the expiry date.
  • Dispose of used cartridges as sharps waste per local regulations.
  • Store in a well-ventilated, dry indoor place, away from corrosive gases.
  • Keep out of reach of children. For professional use only.
