MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Medical-Grade Materials, Precision Manufacturing

Quality starts long before assembly. From certified steel wire to EO sterilization, every step of our production process is designed to deliver a sharper,
safer and more consistent derma roller for professional use.

Advanced Wire Needle Technology — Our Featured Standard

Each of the 192 needles is an individually formed surgical stainless steel wire needle — not a stamped disc. Every wire is precision-ground to a sharp, uniform point, so it enters the skin cleanly with less drag, less trauma and less discomfort for the client. Uniform spacing between needles guarantees even micro-channel creation across the whole roller surface.

🪡
Surgical Stainless Steel Wire

Certified medical-grade steel with full batch traceability, from raw material to finished roller.

🔬
Sharper, Finer Points

Precision-formed needle tips reduce skin trauma and improve patient comfort during treatment.

📐
Uniform Needle Alignment

Every batch is inspected for needle sharpness, integrity and even spacing under magnification.

APPLICATIONS & WORKING PRINCIPLE

How Microneedling Works — and Where It Fits

A derma roller is a handheld device with hundreds of fine needles on a rotating head. Rolling it over the skin creates microscopic channels that serve two key functions in professional treatments.

💧

Enhanced Product Absorption

The micro-channels let active ingredients — hyaluronic acid (HA), serums, vitamins, peptides and skin boosters — reach much deeper into the skin than topical application alone, maximizing the effect of every treatment product.

Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT)

The controlled micro-injuries trigger the skin’s natural healing response, increasing collagen and elastin production. The result: firmer, smoother skin with improved texture, and reduced appearance of fine lines and scars.

Why 192 Pins?

The 192-pin configuration offers the ideal balance between focused coverage and safety. It is perfect for targeted treatments and smaller facial areas where a concentrated approach to collagen induction is needed. For broader full-face coverage, a 540-pin version is available as an OEM option. The non-detachable handle guarantees single-use integrity — simpler protocols, guaranteed hygiene, easier disposal.

0.20 – 0.50 mm

Boosting absorption of HA and serums, improving skin tone, mild texture refinement

Professional / salon care

0.75 – 1.50 mm

Intensive collagen induction, fine lines, wrinkles, light scarring, mild stretch marks

Trained professionals

2.00 – 3.00 mm

Deeper scars, severe stretch marks, specialized clinical treatments

Medical professionals only

USAGE & STORAGE

Professional Use in Four Simple Steps

For professional use only. Always follow your local regulations and established clinical protocols.

1
Select & Check

Choose the right needle length for the treatment. Check pack integrity and expiry date — never use if damaged or expired.

2
Disinfect the Skin

Open the sterile pack carefully. Clean the treatment area thoroughly with 75% alcohol cotton swabs.

3
Roll Evenly

Roll 4–5 times vertically, horizontally and diagonally (45°) with even speed, stable pressure and consistent depth.

4
Apply & Dispose

Apply HA or serum for deep absorption. Dispose of the roller immediately as medical waste — never reuse.

Important Safety & Storage Guidelines
  • Strictly follow professional aseptic operating procedures at all times.
  • Single-use only — re-sterilization or repeated use is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use if the individual package is damaged or past the expiry date.
  • Dispose of used rollers as medical waste according to local regulations.
  • Store in a well-ventilated, dry indoor place, away from corrosive gases.
  • Keep out of reach of children. For professional use only.
