MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Engineered for Pets That Need an Injection Every Day

A diabetic pet may need two injections a day for life. That is why we build this syringe around comfort and dosing accuracy: an ultra-fine electro-polished needle, a low-dead-space fixed design, and a smooth-gliding plunger — all produced under an ISO 13485 quality system.

Ultra-Fine 29G Needle with a Low-Dead-Space Fixed Design

The needle is fixed directly to the barrel tip, removing the empty hub space found in detachable designs — so almost no insulin is left behind and wasted. At 29G, the tri-bevel point is thin enough that most pets barely notice the injection, while the silicone-coated, electro-polished surface keeps penetration smooth. The clear barrel carries bold unit markings, with half-unit scales available for fine dose adjustments.

🪶
29G Ultra-Fine Comfort

About 0.33mm outer diameter — far thinner than standard needles, for minimal pain and tissue trauma.

💧
Low Dead Space, Less Waste

Fixed-needle construction delivers nearly the full dose — saving insulin at every single injection.

🔢
Bold, Easy-Read Scale

High-contrast markings with half-unit options make small pet doses easy to measure correctly.

Fixed Needle Design

Featured Standard

Almost zero dead space — no insulin wasted per dose

Nothing to assemble or attach — simpler for pet owners

No hub to loosen or leak during injection

Lighter and easier to handle for small hands

Standard across our veterinary insulin series

Detachable Needle Syringes

(Why Not for Insulin)

Hub dead space traps insulin in every dose

Extra assembly step — harder for untrained users

Risk of needle loosening during injection

Designed for general injection, not tiny insulin doses

APPLICATIONS & WORKING PRINCIPLE

How the Insulin Syringe Works — and Who Uses It

The needle enters the loose skin over the pet’s shoulder or flank, and the plunger pushes the measured insulin dose into the subcutaneous layer, where it is absorbed steadily. The fixed needle forms one sealed fluid path, so the dose you draw is the dose the pet receives.

Choosing the Right Capacity

Pick the smallest syringe that comfortably holds the full dose — smaller barrels space the unit lines wider apart, so fine doses are easier to read and measure. Most cats and small dogs use 0.3cc or 0.5cc; larger dogs on higher doses use 1cc.

USAGE & STORAGE

Professional Use in Four Simple Steps

For animal use only. Always follow the veterinarian’s prescribed dose, insulin type and injection guidance.

1
Match & Check

Confirm the syringe scale matches the insulin (U-40 or U-100). Check the pack is intact and in date.

2
Draw the Dose

Roll the insulin vial gently, insert the needle and pull the plunger to the exact prescribed unit line.

3
Inject Under the Skin

Tent the loose skin over the shoulder or flank, insert the needle smoothly and press the plunger steadily.

4
Dispose Safely

Place the used syringe directly into a sharps container. Never reuse — a fresh needle for every dose.

Important Safety & Storage Guidelines
  • For animal use only — always match the syringe scale to the insulin concentration.
  • Single-use only — re-sterilization or repeated use is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use if the individual package is damaged or past the expiry date.
  • Never recap a used needle — discard it straight into a sharps container.
  • Dispose of used syringes according to local medical waste regulations.
  • Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for wholesalers, brand owners and clinic buyers.

The difference is the scale printed on the barrel. A U-100 syringe is marked for insulin with 100 units per ml; a U-40 syringe is marked for 40 units per ml, so its unit lines sit further apart and small pet doses are easier to read. Always match the syringe scale to the insulin prescribed by the veterinarian — Vetsulin and ProZinc are common U-40 insulins for pets, while many human insulins used off-label are U-100.

A fixed needle removes the hub dead space found in detachable designs, so almost no insulin is left behind and wasted — important when the medication is expensive and the dose is tiny. It also makes the syringe simpler and safer for untrained pet owners: nothing to assemble, and nothing that can come loose during the injection.

Pick the smallest syringe that holds the full dose. 0.3cc suits cats and small dogs on low doses (up to 12 units on U-40 or 30 units on U-100), 0.5cc covers medium doses, and 1cc is for larger dogs needing higher volumes. Smaller barrels space the markings wider apart, which makes fine dosing easier to read.

The 29G ultra-fine needle has an outer diameter of about 0.33mm — much thinner than standard injection needles. Combined with a tri-bevel sharpened, electro-polished tip and silicone lubrication, it slips through the skin with minimal resistance, so most pets barely react to their daily injections.

Our MOQ is 2,000 pieces — exactly one carton of ten 200-piece boxes. The MOQ applies per version, and you can ship U-40 and U-100 syringes together, plus any mix of 0.3cc, 0.5cc and 1cc capacities, to cover your whole market with one supplier.

Yes. Our OEM/ODM service covers brand printing on the barrel, custom box and blister card design, cap colors matched to your line, and half-unit or whole-unit scale options. Standard lead time is about 15 days after design confirmation — share your artwork and we will prepare a design draft within 24 hours.

The standard configuration uses a medical-grade synthetic rubber gasket with no natural rubber latex. The full product — barrel, plunger, needle and caps — contains no latex components, making it suitable for latex-sensitive clinics and households.

Keep boxes in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Stored correctly, the sterile barrier stays valid for 5 years from the production date printed on each pack — ideal for bulk purchasing, subscription boxes and auto-shipment programs.
